Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we accept requests within 14 days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, show no signs of wear, be unwashed, unaltered, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it.

Before sending any returns, please contact VIP Boutique to receive instructions. Items sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will contact you to inform you of the approval of the return or exchange. Where applicable, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, according to the payment operator's timelines.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item received is incorrect or has a confirmed defect.
